Our quality control is mainly reflected in the following areas：

• Control the development of new products

● Confirm the time and manner of delivery with the customer about the samples , after the signing by the sales manager, issued a notice to the Purchasing Department

● Looking for suppliers, with customers when necessary to confirm and review, saving seal-like samples

● After testing the new products, send report and sample to the customer

● The two sides signed a trade contract

2. Product Quality Control

● Production process：
The Inspector inspect strictly in accordance with technical documentation and test procedures and make records, supervise every process during the production and correct the failure of the incorrect operational methods to avoid the unqualified parts switch to next the procedure.

● Incoming Inspection：
Quality Department do the incoming inspection according to the inspection standards before storage . Isolate the unqualified products and notify the supplier immediately about return. Save the test records, as the basis for evaluation of suppliers.

● Final Inspection：

Depending on the product categories the finished products will be inspected full or in random . We will check their appearance, performance or the packaging to meet the requirements.

3. Control of test equipment / tools
● The test equipment or tools using for quality control process must be recognized by professional organization .

● All the test equipment and instruments will be calibrated and verified according to the schedule . After calibration or verification must be marked with label on the instruments ● If find some error on inspection instruments, immediately re-measure of past already measured parts.

4. Transport, storage, packaging and delivery

● Warehousing keepers must take effective measures to prevent the products

of all stages from receiving, release, delivery until the intended destination without moisture, rust , damage, etc.

●Warehouse keepers must provide protection for the products according to the customer's requirements and the material properties,including marking (including transportation identification), transport, packaging, storage and protection, etc.

●Establish a "records in/out of storage" and the accounting, warehouse must

make an inventory regularly, maintain accounts the same as goods; Warehouse keepers should always check inventory items, find anything unusual and immediately report .
